Easy. PJ1 brand paint, and only that brand will do.
Mask off what you don't want overspray to get on. Paint the cylinder. If you want the fin edges shiny afterwards, sand them clean. Do not clearcoat.
Raises operating temp a couple of degrees, literally, nothing critical.
